1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or at the academy.
• Payments for bookings and services must be made in full at the time of booking.
• We accept online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods.

2. Player Conduct

• All players are expected to wear appropriate non-marking badminton shoes and sportswear.
• Players must adhere to the academy’s code of conduct and show respect to staff and fellow players.
• Any misconduct or damage to academy property may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without a refund.

3. Safety and Liability

• Players are responsible for their own safety and are advised to warm up before playing.
• Venu Badminton Academy is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings on the premises.
• Players with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a doctor before participating in any physical activity.

4. Membership

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and are valid for the registered member only.
• The academy reserves the right to modify membership terms, fees, and benefits with prior notice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.
